做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
