做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
