做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
