做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的(de )鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
