做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
