做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
