做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
