做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎(jiān )至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清(qīng )水,放(fàng )入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料(liào ),武(wǔ )火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
