做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
