做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放(fàng )两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成(chéng )热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
