做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
