做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮(huái )山和薏(yì )米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入煎(jiān )煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼(yú )和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
