做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
