做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
