做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
